The Talent Boom Report 2012
The 2012 Talent Boom Report is an industry-first
research project with the sole purpose of providing HR professionals, talent managers
and senior management teams within the Australian Energy Mining & Resources (EMR)
sector, a unique and deeper analysis of the needs and associated challenges with
developing the newest cohort of leaders.
The report explores the findings from 104 EMR graduates
surveyed on their views ranging from experience of managers, supervisors, mentors,
training and development, alignment to strategy, and career priorities over the
next five years.
